Small Group Workshop for Seniors Applying to the University of California

This Boot Camp was just added to meet the demand of students needing to complete their UC application. While this Boot Camp focuses on the University of California application and essays. Students will also receive instructive handouts for the CSU’s and Common App along with an application organizer.

 

Application Prep

·        What's important and what's not? Organize and prioritize your information. Learn how to fill out an application to present yourself in the best light for an admissions committee review.

Essays

  • What are the UC’s looking for in an essay? Find out and pick appropriate topics

  • Work on writing 2 drafts

  • Time will be allotted for one on one review of topics and critique of drafts
